To Edinburgh and a Frow VIP seat at the first fashion show produced and directed and generally put together by Eliza's Nectar Studios brand. It's been months in the making and she's rightly talked about little else.

Eliza is all about being a voice of diversity in the world of fashion: her models are of all sizes; all ethnicities and all genders and they all gave up their time free to walk in her show, a sideways, eyebrows-raised look at the pursuit of beauty through artifice and the environmental impact of fast fashion and mindless over-consumption by people in the developed world. It's a lot, but she's a complex thinker.
The theme, the music and the art all ran smoothly and efficiently, despite some suppliers letting her down at the last minute. Some of the designs were made by Eliza herself and all those present wore vintage garments.

I'm so pleased and proud of her, of all of the young models, designers, make-up artists, photographers, everyone who worked to make this show the success it was. Let's hope this is just the start.
