A little trip to Sheringham

Sheringham
Sunday 23rd August 2026

Everyone had told us that we should go to Sheringham. It has a little train, apparently, but we didn't go on that. A walk for Fergus in Pretty Corner Woods, which apparently include the highest point in Norfolk, and then on to this quaint little seaside town, full of dogs and little shops and traditional eateries. It's a curious mix of old-style Kiss-me-Quickery and modern North Norfolk Bohemia.

It was a pleasant afternoon and a nice change of scene from our change of scene.
